The Spring Concert is scheduled for Thursday, May 18th. This will be the final concert for the seniors at AHS. Following the concert, the band directors will recognize the seniors for their participation in the band. This year we would like to provide seniors with a color copy of the program that includes their senior picture/bio. We are selling senior ads to help defray the cost of the programs. If you would like to participate, ads are being sold for $25/$50/$100 for ¼ page, ½ page and full page sizes respectively. You can download the 2017 SPRING CONCERT ADVERTISING FORM. Payments can also be made online by clicking here or under the store tab. Completed forms, payments and ads must be received BY FRIDAY, MAY 5th.
You can either submit your own ad layout or provide pictures and text to be arranged for you. (Scroll to end for more information.) Submit your ad to Ann Quass at ann.quass@gmail.com.
Each senior will receive a colored copy of the program. Additional colored copies are available for purchase for $5 each. B/W copies of the program will be available for everyone the night of the concert.
If you are a business (or know of a business) who would like to advertise, you may do so for the same cost as a senior ad.

When Purchasing a Senior Ad or Business Ad
Here’s what we need from parents or businesses.
1. Size of the ad you’d like to purchase:
a. Full page ad is $100, and up to 8 photos
b. Half page ad is $50, and 5-6 photos
c. Quarter page ad is $25, and 2-3 photos
2. Send the photos as attachments: jpegs, pngs, etc. If they are really large you can send them in multiple emails to me. Or I have Dropbox as well if you want to place them in a folder that you invite me to. Email them to ann.quass@gmail.com
3. Type the wording you’d like in the ad in the body of the email. Please don’t get too wordy if you purchase a half or quarter page advertisement.
Once I receive that info, I’ll create the ad for you and send you a proof to approve/edit. I’m pretty quick with turnaround time and really appreciate approval and/or changes in a timely manner as well. For questions concerning an ad or samples of layouts, email or call Ann at 512-423-2829.
