- General parking is limited to the pay parking garage west of the Music Building. There is no free parking on the campus or the streets surrounding campus. There is free street parking available across IH35 behind Disch-Faulk Baseball Stadium on Comal Street. It is approximately a 10 minute walk from here to the music building.
- Students will warm-up in the Orchestra Room 2.118. Playing of instruments outside of the audition rooms or orchestra room will not be permitted.
- Those who will be taping will be doing so in a room yet to be determined. The instruments recording include 5A/6A English Horns, as well as 5A Piccolo, Oboe, Eflat Clarinet, Alto Clarinet, Contra Clarinet, Tenor and Bari Saxes, and Bass Trombone.
- Students and parents may wait for results in the orchestra room or outside. No one will be allowed to wait in the hallways during the audition.
- Results will be posted on the windows of the Music Recital Hall.
- There will be a repairman on duty in the orchestra room from 9:30am-2pm.
- A concession stand will be available for your students. Pizza, snacks and drinks will be available.
- T-shirts and plaques will be available for order by students/parents.
