It’s BAND BANQUET TIME!  This FRIDAY, May 12 at the Sterling Event Center!

If you are new to band, band banquet is our ‘end of year’ band formal dinner and dance to celebrate the year and the Trojan Band and Dance Guard accomplishments.  It is a formal event, and attire is such.  Students may bring a non-band or non-Anderson date, but you must get approval from Mrs. Gonzalez beforehand to be allowed to buy them a ticket.  Parents are welcome, however this is not an event parents typically attend.  The students show up around 7pm, eat a nice Italian buffet dinner, we have fun and serious awards, we have a year-in-review slide show and then there is a dance from 9-11pm.  The directors are all present and supervise the entire event.  It’s a lot of fun and you won’t want to miss out!

When:  Friday, May 12 7pm-11pm

Location Information: Sterling Events Center – 6134 US 290 Frontage Road (E) Austin, TX 78752.  If you are using GPS….Please make sure everyone puts 6134 US 290 Frontage Road (the frontage road part gets them right here). We are on the 290 access road, next door to Crown Plaza.

TICKET INFORMATION:  To enter banquet, you must have a ticket.  Tickets are $25 for band and dance guard students and $30 for non-band guests (pending Gonzalez approval).  Tickets will be on sale before and after school at the band hall this week Monday (April 8) Tuesday (April 9) and Wednesday (April 10).  Be early for ticket sales – don’t wait until the last minute!
