Friday the Wind Ensemble will travel to the Austin ISD Performing Arts Center to Record for Honor Band and also Record the large percussion ensemble ‘BOOM BAP’ for competition submissions.
It’s an actual concert – so we would LOVE LOVE LOVE to have anyone we can for an audience! The schedule is below – feel free to come enjoy some morning music!
Students: Full Concert Attire (You need to be dressed when you get on the bus)
8:30am Percussion will arrive ahead of the wind players (you will need to provide transportation or carpool). 8:30am is your call time. We will bring you back on buses if you need to ride back to school with us.
9:00am PERCUSSION PERFORMS
9:00 Back At Anderson, the brass and woodwind players will load the bus.
9:30 Wind players arrive at the PAC
10:00 Wind Ensemble warm up on stage
10:30 WIND ENSEMBLE PLAYS CONCERT – performing the Complete Holst Suite in Eb, Vientos y Tangos, Pathfinder of Panama
11:00 Finish/Load buses to return to Anderson
