The Pit Crew needs volunteers for the season!
This is the wonderful group of parents and friends that help load/unload the semi on games and competitions and push equipment on the field right before performance. Members of the Pit Crew have kids in band and dance guard, so you do not have to be in percussion to help out. The more hands the better! You get admission to the events, wear a cool Pit Crew T-shirt, watch the band from the sidelines while they march – and it’s a lot of fun!
Anyone interested in volunteering for Pit Crew this year, we will have a meeting on Thursday, Aug. 16 after the parent show.
Please grab some ice cream & meet us at the big trailer following the band’s performance. The short meeting will discuss Pit Crew duties, get shirt sizes from everyone, and answer any questions you might have.
