Region Band reminders for this weekend! You should have received your folder with music last semester – contents will be the same for this round.
LOCATION FOR REHEARSALS AND PERFORMANCE: AUSTIN ISD PERFORMING ARTS CENTER
Friday, January 5
1:00 to 4:00 Rehearsal, pizza dinner provided by Ms. Gonzalez, followed by a 6pm-9pm rehearsal. There will be a bus at Anderson to deliver you to the PAC, but you will need to have a ride pick you up after the conclusion of the evening rehearsal at 9pm. If you are a student and wish to drive yourself, you need to have your parent email Ms. Gonzalez granting permission. You will be released at 12:00 and the bus will leave Anderson at 12:20, so you will need to pack a lunch to bring with you and eat on the bus.
Saturday, January 6
1:00pm-4:00pm Rehearsal (your clinician will give you information regarding how you should handle dinner based on their requested call time before the concert).
ON SATURDAY, January 6, rehearsals will begin at 5:00pm. The next group will begin as soon as the stage is reset and the ensemble is seated. Order of performance for ensembles: 5A Symphonic Band, 5A Wind Ensemble, 6A Symphonic Band, 6A Wind Ensemble
