A few DATES to note!
Full Orchestra UIL is Tuesday, Feb 27! If you have a student in full orchestra – look for them to be bringing home info.
Pep Rally on MARCH 2 – same Pep Rally schedule as usual – wear your band Luminosity Tshirt.
March 22 – Pre-UIL Concert 7:00pm Anderson Stage
March 29 – We will be doing a Pre-UIL Festival at the Hays CIDS Performing Arts Center (during the day) Details coming in the next few days with times. (Parents welcome)
April 3 and 4 – UIL Contest and Sightreading Evaluation at the HAYS CISD Performing Arts Center – Times not yet announced (Parents welcome)
MULCH!!! We are in our very final push for mulch! Tomorrow is the last day of sales….we are going to extend the ONLINE sales through Sunday night to catch any stragglers, but if you have check or cash orders please turn them in tomorrow morning to Ms. Campos in the band hall!
MULCH DELIVERY on March 3!!
Good news – our student volunteer sign up is COMPLETELY FULL! GO BAND! 30 student slots covered for 3 shifts – a total of 90 student volunteer spots FILLED!!! Now we need PARENT VOLUNTEERS! We are looking for 5 box truck drivers and a follow car or two for each box truck. If you can help drive a box truck or be a follow car and cart around our amazing students….please email Mrs. Campos at stcampos.ahs@gmail.com!!
