SATURDAY REHEARSAL TREATS
We have a fun little tradition of providing delicious treats for the band kids at the Saturday rehearsal this coming weekend. This has been a much appreciated perk in the past and it looks like its going to be hot again on Saturday! Please donate a treat of some kind (homemade, store bought, fruit, etc.). We will provide Gatorade if you provide the snacks! Drop off donations with our wonderful catering committee at the field when you drop off your child at 10am.
The Spirit Committee is taking Halloween candy donations beginning TODAY through October 18th.They will be making treat bags for the band to take home after the Bowie Game on October 27th. Please drop candy donations at the band hall with the band directors!
This is one of the ways we thank our hardworking band students for the time and effort put into marching season. All donations will be appreciated! If you are coming to the trip meeting Monday, October 16 bring a bag of candy with you!!
BLUE DRAGON PLUMBING YARD CONCERT
Every year we thank a long time donor, Blue Dragon Plumbing, with a fun yard concert. Gilbert and Juliet Jimenez are huge supporters of the band long after their last child graduated – they LOVE the Trojan Band. We are planning on having the yard concert (attendance mandatory) on Saturday morning, October 28 at 10am. It will last about 20 minutes- we will play stand tunes and parts of the show in their yard in the Milwood neighborhood to express our gratitude.
