It was a great weekend for the Trojan Band as I’m sure your kids have shared with you.  We had a busy time of seeing the arch, hitting the City Museum and a wonderful performance at BOA at the Dome at America’s Center.  We finished 26th out of 77 bands and if you watched the performance on FLOMARCHING as I know many did – the kids were great!!!  We are so proud of them and how they represented Anderson in performance and on the trip!!

We will start to gather pictures to have a public album for everyone to enjoy, and if you were following the remind text you saw some that I posted as we went along.  Thank you to Larry K – owner of his own trucking company volunteered his time at no charge and drove our semi up and back for us, and our parent chaperones and pit crew who made the trip possible for us.  It was a long one but the kids had a smooth trip because of you folks – Thank you!!

In the meantime I’m going to end my message there because I know we all need some much needed rest!  UIL schedule is posted below for tomorrow.  You are looking great, Trojan Band – let’s keep it up!!!
